Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.
- Recognize opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products or services that meet customer needs.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads or lists to schedule follow-up appointments or meetings.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.
- Aid with customer onboarding to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate person or department, and take messages when necessary.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Assist with customer payments when needed.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations to provide accurate and helpful information.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
- Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- If unlicensed, must be willing to obtain applicable state insurance licenses
